CloudCare provides a comprehensive solution to our customers,including 7 major toolkits: CloudCare Home、Jiagouyun、ECAMS、CSOS、Cloudlab、ServiceBoard and three service packs:entry-level service pack-BSP、professional service pack-PSP、managed service pack-MSP.

Since its establishment, Zhuyun has received the strategic investment from Sequoia Capital, Gobi Investment, Alibaba, Fosun Group.Zhuyun is the first strategic partner of Alicloud “YunHe Project”(which can provide one-shop service to enterprises and government organizations)、“Alicloud Mission-level Partner、Member of Yunqi Alliance，Zhuyun is also the officially authorized Alicloud Service and Training Center.

Until now ,Zhuyun has more than 300 employees and the technical staff accounts for 80%,most of the CA come from well-known enterprises such as IBM、Oracle、EMC、Dell、 CISCO、Huawei,Alibaba,etc.The number of software technologist is around 240.
