(October 12,2017,Hangzhou) Shanghai Zhuyun Information Technology Co.,Ltd, Alibaba cloud Mission-level Partner and Domestic Cloud Service Industry Standard Setter, successfully held a press conference at Yunqi International Convention Center.

The theme of the conference was“It’s Just Not That Simple”.Samuel Jiang,CEO of Zhuyun，officially announced that CloudCare 2.0 has been upgraded and a new tool－Prof.Wang has been added.

At the press conference, Samuel introduced that Prof.wang is an IT-oriented intelligent robot, its role is not only to identify user needs but to achieve standardization of the service portal or improve service quality, which is more like an IT－savvy "Professor Wang", with an IT knowledge base behind him. In part, the knowledge base comes from the iterative cloud computing IT knowledge atlas, and in part it comes from the actual service of Zhuyun. In the process of continuous accumulation and self-study, Prof.Wang becomes the decision-making assistant of the CIO,helping the CIO improve the cognitive boundaries and decision-making capabilities so as to promote the technical capabilities of the entire enterprise.

Samuel admitted that in the services Zhuyun provided, there are a lot of repetitive problems, among which 60%-70% can be completed by users. The implementation is very simple, the issue is that enterprises have no idea where the problem is and how to handle accordingly. At this point,the robot can play a major role. When a question is asked by a user of Prof.Wang, the online Artificial Intelligence will respond promptly and the response will be in seconds.

In practice,the experience of IT personnel with work efficiency and quality often have a linear relationship. As human knowledge and experience has limitations, senior IT engineers cannot solve all problems. Zhuyun proposed to use AI to replace”human” to achieve IT services.By leveraging portable devices with AI applications include tablets or smartphones to provide unified and standard access for products and services that connect people,product,technology as well as service via the internet.

This transformation from “human” to“artificial intelligence” service model will break the cognitive boundary，centralize all useful information, and decompose the customer's needs into natural semantics, and then push the correct solution to the user. It’s more easy for enterprise customers accessing IT services - supported by the public cloud platform, enterprises can acquire IT service directly through the tablet or smart phone.
